Your impact in this role:
- Lead professional engineers in initiating, collaborating on, and completing engineering design tasks.
- Review design drawings and construction drawings prepared by Hungarian and international engineering designers or suppliers to ensure full compliance with Hungarian and EU standards and regulations.
- Manage relationships with clients and/or government authorities, and coordinate all licensing activities related to engineering and construction projects.
- Contact the company’s R&D center to handle patent applications and other intellectual property protection initiatives.
- Provide daily construction support, including drawing review, technical clarification, material specifications, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and monitor time estimates and track project progress.
- Collaborate with the sales department to carry out marketing and business development activities, including product demonstrations, customer visits, and roadshows.
Requirements
- Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- At least 8 years of experience in the petrochemical, battery manufacturing, or fine chemical industries. Engineering design experience.
- Possesses extensive experience in cleanroom and dryroom design, as well as in condensation, adsorption, and/or distillation processes and technologies.
- At least 2 years in an engineering environment Team leadership experience.
- Proficient AutoCAD Familiar with Hungarian/EU engineering standards and engineering software.
- Fluent in English and/or Hungarian (Written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to work independently while coordinating tasks across multiple disciplines.
- Engineering qualifications certified in Hungary or other EU countries
